  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship orders through DTDC and may use additional logistics partners when required.
  1. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary

  1. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking information will be provided through email, once the order is shipped.
  1. Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
  1. Damaged Packages
If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  1. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
